    Bargaining Update 3/23/22

    The team met on Wednesday, 3/23/22, at the Lincoln Center Board Room, at 4:00. All team members were in attendance. The discussion began with an overview of Enrollment Projections, how those relate to ANB and the budget, and then an overview of General Fund Budget and Voting Limits.     Bargaining Update 3/16/22

    The HEA/HSD bargaining team met on Wednesday, March 16. Joanne Didriksen was absent, Wynn Randall joined virtually, and Jennifer McKee is no longer a part of the team. All other members were in attendance in person at the Lincoln Center. This session began with a presentation by Janelle Mickelson showing the methodology used to calculate the budget.     HEA is proud to endorse Siobhan Hathhorn and Kay Satre for the Helena Public Schools Board of Trustees. Both Siobhan and Kay have extensive backgrounds in education: Siobhan as a teacher, administrator and Trustee, Kay as a Carroll College professor and liaison with the secondary English teaching endorsement.
