Help Kill The Bill!

Tuesday, January 24th, at 10:00 am, the House State Administration Committee will hear HB 216 (Mercer) to "revise laws related to public employees and labor organizations." Here are some facts about HB216:

  • Adds unnecessary verbiage to MT policy stating what is already in practice: public employees are not required to be in a union

  • Requires union members to sign up for the union every year

Please email the members of the House State Administration Committee before Tuesday to ask them to DO NOT PASS HB 216 and thank them for their service. Please keep your email brief and respectful.

THANK YOU for standing up for Montana's middle class! You are amazing!

In solidarity,

Amanda
