Bargaining Green

Members:

This week, HEA will continue bargaining the Teacher Collective Bargaining Agreement (Thursday), as well as begin the Paraeducator Collective Bargaining Agreement (Friday). And, although not a part of HEA but a part of MFPE, our secretaries will be bargaining on Wednesday.

We would like to show a unified front to administration as we begin to discuss compensation. We are asking that members wear green shirts on Wednesday. We'd like the word from principals to the admin was that their school was a sea of green--and it's not because of St. Patrick's Day. Believe me, they will remember our green from last year!

So spread the word, wear your green, and we'll send an update as soon as we are able!
