HSD Proposal 8:00 am
o Language items we already agreed upon in previous bargaining sessions.
o Two year contract
o Lane Movement: one lane in any one year. Notify HR by March 15.
o Compensation: 1.0% for 2023-2024. 1% for 2024-2025, contingent upon the passage of both elementary and high school levies. If either levy fails the increases will be 0.5%. OR a 1.0% raise for the 2024-2025 school year but if any special election is unsuccessful either party may give notice to re-negotiate items and salary, steps and lane for the next fiscal year will be frozen until agreement is reached.
o No increase in insurance.
HEA Proposal 9:00 a.m.
o Language items already agreed upon
o Two year contract
o Lane movement: maximum of two lanes per years towards certification or degree; sunset June 30, 2025
o Compensation: 1.5% 2023-2024; 1.5% 2024-2025; additional 1.0% for 2024-2025 if Safety/Security and Technology levies pass
o Insurance: And increase in single premium health insurance benefit will be shared equally by the employee and the district; for the 2023-2024 school year the contribution would increase by $62.00/month for both the district and employee.

o Lane movement, maximum of one per year, March 15 deadline to notify
o Compensation: 1.0% for 2023-2024
o No increase in insurance
o PLC – one Monday per Month – staff will remain on site but will have professional discretion to either collaborate with co-workers or work on school-related projects independently.

o One year contract
o Lane movement: maximum of two lanes per years towards certification or degree; sunset June 30, 2025—would like this agreement in the form of an MOU so we could extend beyond the one year contract
o Compensation: 1.5% 2023-2024
o Insurance: And increase in single premium health insurance benefit will be shared equally by the employee and the district; for the 2023-2024 school year the contribution would increase by $62.00/month for both the district and employee.
o PLC: all PLC Mondays will be used at the sole discretion of the teacher either onsite or offsite.

o PLC: all PLC Mondays will be used at the sole discretion of the teacher while staying onsite.
HSD, 1:00, no return proposal, asked for another meeting. Tentatively scheduled for November 30, 2023.
